山梨県富士吉田市にあるクラフトビールのブルワリー。製氷工場をリノベーションして作られたブルワリーにはタップルームを併設（オープンは週末のみ）。地元で栽培されるホップを使用したビールや山梨県産の柚子を使用したビールを醸造。グループが運営するレストラン「Brasserie Va-tout」（東京都港区）でも飲むことができる。

A craft beer brewery in Fujiyoshida City, Yamanashi Prefecture. The brewery was created by renovating an ice factory and has a tap room (open only on weekends). BLIGHT BLUE BREWING brews beer using locally grown hops and yuzu from Yamanashi Prefecture. You can also drink at the restaurant “Brasserie Va-tout” (Minato-ku, Tokyo) operated by the group.
