カマドブリュワリー – CAMADO BREWERY

岐阜県の東側、美濃焼で有名な東濃地方にあるクラフトビールのブルワリー、カマドブリュワリー。栗や岐阜県の名産でもある野菜のちこりなど、地元の食材を副原料として利用したクラフトビールを醸造。カマドブリュワリー直営のビアバー「HAKOFUNE（ハコフネ）」もあり出来立てのクラフトビールを味わうことができ、醸造所見学ツアーも実施。

CAMADO BREWERY is a craft beer brewery located in the eastern part of Gifu Prefecture, in the Tono region, which is famous for its Mino ware. CAMADO　BREWERY brews craft beer using local foods as secondary ingredients, such as chestnuts and vegetable chikori, which is a specialty of Gifu prefecture. There is also a beer bar “HAKOFUNE” directly operated by CAMADO BREWERY where you can taste freshly made craft beer. Further, You can enjoy a brewery tour.
