フジヤマハンターズビール – FUJIYAMA HUNTER’S BEER

静岡県富士宮市にあるフジヤマハンターズビールは、その名の通り、猟師が始めたマイクロブルワリー。富士山から長い年月をかけて湧き出た天然の伏流水を仕込みに利用し、農薬を使わずに自社で栽培した大麦・ホップ・米などの作物を一部で素材として利用したクラフトビールを醸造。タップルームを開設するほか、醸造所に併設するテイスティングルームでビールの有料試飲や量り売り、ボトルを販売中。

FUJIYAMA HUNTER’S BEER, located in Fujinomiya City, Shizuoka Prefecture, is, as the name suggests, a microbrewery started by hunters. FUJIYAMA HUNTER’S BEER brews craft beer using the natural underflow water that springs up over many years from Mt Fuji. In addition to opening a tap room, there is a tasting room attached to the brewery where you can sample beer for a fee, sell by weight, and sell bottles.
