兵庫県神戸市にあるクラフトビール ブルワリー。開設当初より神戸の天然水「布引の水」を使ったビール造りを行い、2016年以降は地元兵庫県の農家から仕入れた農作物を活用したビール作りに取り組み始め、2018年にはKOBE LOCAL BEER PROJECTと銘打って地産地消の取り組みをスタート。 A craft beer brewery in Kobe City, Hyogo Prefecture. Since its opening, IN THA DOOR BREWING has been brewing beer using Kobe’s natural water “Nunobiki no Mizu”, and since 2016,the brewery has been working on making beer using agricultural products purchased from local farmers in Hyogo Prefecture.
