BREWLAB KURAYOSHI

鳥取県中部にある倉吉市にあるクラフトビールのブルワリー、BREW LAB KURAYOSHI。地元の水と鳥取県産の大麦、また鳥取県のブランド米である星空舞を副原料に使用したクラフトビールや、地元倉吉市にある元帥酒造とコラボしたクラフトビールを醸造。製造工程で出た麦芽カスは地元の農家で飼われている鶏の餌に再利用するなど地元還元型のブルワリー。

BREW LAB KURAYOSHI is a craft beer brewery located in Kurayoshi City, central Tottori Prefecture. BREW LAB KURAYOSHI brews craft beer using local water, barley from Tottori Prefecture, and Hoshizoramai, a Tottori brand rice, as secondary ingredients, as well as craft beer in collaboration with Gensui Brewery in Kurayoshi City. A locally-returned brewery that reuses the malt dregs from the manufacturing process as feed for chickens raised by local farmers.
