コエドブルワリー – COEDO BREWRY

埼玉県東松山市にあるクラフトビールのブルワリー。埼玉県川越生まれのブルワリーながら、2016年9月にもともと企業の研修所だった建物を醸造所としてリノベーションし、移設。敷地内に掘った井戸から醸造用水を確保し、醸造活動で排出される排水もブルワリーで浄化するなどサステイナブルなブルワリーとして稼働中。COEDO BREWERYを運営する協同商事は、青果物産直事業からスタートするなど農業と近い事業を執り行っており、定番商品以外に、短いサイクルで麦以外の様々な農産物を取り入れたクラフトビールを醸造。

A craft beer brewery located in Higashimatsuyama City, Saitama Prefecture. Despite being born in Kawagoe, Saitama, the brewery underwent a renovation in September 2016, transforming a building that was originally a corporate training facility into a brewing facility and relocating it. The brewery operates as a sustainable facility, securing brewing water from a well dug on-site and purifying the wastewater generated during brewing activities.
Kyodo Shoji, the company operating COEDO BREWERY, initiated its business with a focus on direct-to-consumer agricultural products. In addition to COEDO’s flagship beers, they brew craft beers that incorporate various non-barley agricultural products in short cycles, showcasing a commitment to a business closely aligned with agriculture.
