いわて蔵ビール – IWATEKURA BEER

岩手県にある世界遺産 中尊寺より車で30分程、一ノ関駅から徒歩圏内のクラフトビールのブルワリー、いわて蔵ビール。
地元の酒造屋「世嬉の一酒造」が、その醸造技術を活かし、空いていた酒蔵を利用して1995年に創業。
三陸で取れた牡蠣を使用したり、地元一ノ関で取れた山椒を使用したビールを醸造。

IWATEKURA BEER is a craft beer brewery located about 30 minutes by car from Chusonji Temple, a World Heritage Site in Iwate Prefecture, and within walking distance from Ichinoseki Station. Founded in 1995 by the local sake brewery “Seki no Ichi Sake Brewery”, utilizing its brewing technology and using a vacant sake brewery.They use oysters from Sanriku and brew beer using Japanese pepper from the local Ichinoseki.
