羊蹄山麓ビール – YOTEI BEER

北海道・ニセコにある日本百名山のひとつ、羊蹄山の麓に建つ「羊蹄山麓ビール」。世界のお茶専門店ルピシアが運営するブルワリーで、 羊蹄山の伏流水を使ったクラフトビールを醸造 しています。ブルワリー内部は非公開ですが、 直営の「ヴィラ ルピシア レストラン」で作りたて のビールを飲むことができます。

YOTEI BEER is located at the foot of Mt. Yotei, one of Japan’s 100 most famous mountains, in Niseko, Hokkaido. The brewery is operated by Lupicia, a world tea specialty store, which brews craft beer using the crystal clear spring water of Mt. Yotei. The inside of the brewery is closed to the public, but visitors can enjoy freshly brewed beer at the Villa Lupicia restaurant.
