結城麦酒 – YUKI BREWERY

茨城県と栃木県の茨城県側の県境に位置する結城市にあるマイクロブルワリー。「結城紬」という絹織物（国の重要無形文化財）が有名な場所柄、蚕の餌となる地元の桑の実を活用したクラフトビールを筆頭に、ゆず、トウモロコシなどの地域食材を活用したクラフトビールを醸造。

A microbrewery located in Yuki City, on the border of Ibaraki Prefecture and Tochigi Prefecture on the Ibaraki Prefecture side. The area is famous for its silk fabric called “Yuki Tsumugi” (an important intangible cultural property of Japan), and Yuki Brewery brews craft beer that uses local mulberry, which is the food for silkworms, as well as craft beer that use local ingredients including yuzu and corn.
